OUR MISSION: 

 

 

  • To teach and practice the fundamental concepts of speed development, running form and technique. 

 

  • Reduce the potential for injury during activity by promoting increases   in movement quality and control, balance, functional strength all paired with dynamic and static flexibility and mobility.
     

  • Maintain a level of intensity, stress, pace, discipline and focus throughout training to facilitate each athlete’s maximal progress and development while training with us
     

  • Incorporate techniques and movement skills that allow for maximal performance in the desired sport(s).
